Award-Winning Alive Retreats Hummus!

This semi-raw hummus recipe recently won the Wild Willits Festival Chef's contest! It was the only vegan contest entry!
4c dried chickpeas sprouted for 2 days
1c raw tahini
5 lemons, 1c juice
2-3 cloves garlic
10Tbls chickpea miso
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
10 Tbsp Hemp oil
4Tbsp flax oil
1.5 c water, as needed
Optional: apple cider vinegar, to taste
For the competition, we needed to use local apple products, so we used mild apple cider vinegar that we made from the apples in our yard!
Steam sprouted chickpeas for 5 min and then blend all ingredients in food processor!
Makes 1&½ Quarts, it freezes well too.
