"I found Roots and Wings inspiring on every level... It was a different and lighter version of me that went home afterwards. Tensions were released, hopes were acknowledged, grounded, and seeds were sown. Both Ella Kate and Marc offer expert teaching and support that embodies wisdom, empathy, humour and strength. As someone that had written off any form of creative dance as just an excuse to 'ponce about a bit' I was amazed to experience authentic transformation... If you are serious about change, these are the people to come to..." Victoria Rachel Nauen (Personal trainer & Yoga teacher) |

"Why are we doing yoga? No motivation, no aims, only an agreeable appointment for the body to look forward to. We do it for the fun of it. To twist, stretch, and move around, is pleasant and enjoyable, a body holiday."
